Introduction of belt coal feeder
皮带给煤机是火力发电厂的一种给煤机械，主要有下煤管、皮带、托辊、扇形挡板等组成。目前采用翻车机 卸煤的电厂大多采用皮带给煤机。
皮带式给煤机的给煤依靠胶带与煤斗间煤的摩擦作用，将
煤给到受煤设备上，从而实现皮带给煤机的工作，由于需
要产生摩擦作用，因此皮带式给煤机的带速不宜过高，否
则胶带与煤之间容易产生相对滑动，可能导致不能给煤。

检查确认皮带输送机各接口良好，无起层、划破、撕裂现象。
检查确认各托辊齐全，螺旋拉紧装置无偏斜。
检査确认头尾部滚筒、二层皮带上无积煤，尾部滚筒护栏牢固齐全。
检查确认电机接线接地良好，对轮罩齐全牢固。地脚螺栓无松动现象。
检查确认减速机油位正常，油质合格。
根据运行方式，检查确认落煤管挡板对位正确、严密。
